Delete your PocketCaregiver account

You can request permanent account deletion in the app. You do not need to sign in to read these instructions.

Delete in the app

Sign in, open Settings → Delete account, and save a copy of your records if you want one. Review the affected loved ones. Check the acknowledgements and type DELETE or ELIMINAR. If you are the only owner, confirm a second time that those loved ones and their records will be removed.

Settings → Delete account

What is removed

Your sign-in, profile, caregiver access, notification subscriptions, consent records, and personal files not tied to a surviving loved one are removed. Loved ones for whom you are the only owner and all their care records and files are removed after the second confirmation.

Loved ones with another owner stay with that owner. If you helped care for someone else's loved one, what you logged and uploaded stays with their record; your name is removed. This also applies to co-owned loved ones. Downloaded or sent copies outside PocketCaregiver cannot be recalled.

Any active or trialing paid subscription is cancelled automatically before cleanup, without a prorated refund. If cancellation fails, deletion stops and you can retry.

Deletion cannot be undone. If cleanup stops partway, some files may already be removed. Your profile and sign-in remain available until the final step; retry to finish.

Need help?

Email support@pocketcaregiver.com for help with deletion or if you cannot sign in. Some billing/audit records may remain where required by law; care data and account access are removed as described above.
