Is this hard to learn?
If you can send a text, you're ready. Most people log their first note in under two minutes.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your 30-day Plus trial does not turn into a paid plan automatically. Choose Basic or Plus when you're ready. If you don't, your account moves to Safety Mode and your saved records remain viewable and exportable.
Are safety alerts only on paid plans?
Vital alerts work on every plan and during your trial. In Safety Mode, logging pauses, so new alerts pause too. Your past records stay viewable.
What if I stop caregiving?
Cancel anytime. Your records remain saved, viewable, and exportable in Safety Mode. Choose Basic or Plus whenever you want to start logging again.
